Aloe vera water/juice

My mom drinks the stuff and says it helps with digestive issues. Said her doctor's assistant told her about it, and now she swears by it. I've tried some and it tastes like aloe vera smells.
Anyone else have thoughts or experience with it?

I don’t like the taste. It was crazy popular with the Herbalife crowd, back when that was a big thing.

Those green apple Aloe drinks with the aloe bubbles are awesome. No idea about health benefits

Check the ingredients. Last time I checked an aloe water it was mostly grape water.
