It's a nice store. Kind of a cross between Trader Joe's and Whole Foods.

Anyhowdy I'm gonna grill some filets for the 4th and a piece of fish for my cat.

Smoked Sliders and hot dogs
Smoked Baby Backs on the egg wrapping with butter, brown sugar and marinated with meat church seasoning
grilled lettuce
and some freedom mix berry cobbler

Wife and I went to check it out on Saturday at noon.

Huge mistake. Parking was at 110% capacity. They had slapdicks parking in non sanctioned spots!

St. Louis style pork ribs
Chicken
Potato salad
Vinegar cole slaw
Barbecue beans

I got the ribs, chicken and cabbage at Sprouts Saturday a.m. My wife will take care of the potato salad and beans. (I like to use those ranch style beans as the basis for my barbecue beans, which drives my wife crazy. So I passed it off to her this time.)
