Oh wow. That’s pretty cool.

I hear such polarizing things about this place.

Should have put it where the old Shoppers value building is on Jones Creek and Tiger Bend

Maybe they'll have multiple locations. I doubt they will come in and just build one. BR has become kind of a crowded grocery store space.

The $.25 cart usage thing is going to be interesting in that location.

ALDI is like a Costco fricked a Trader Joe's and the offspring got the worst possible genetic combination.

I've been in one a few times in Ohio but it's been well over a decade.

You get your quarter back when you put it back in the cart area

Same here. Been one time near Houston. Everything in the store seemed to be a clone of some name brand, down to the colors and the font used on the names. It does seem to have a cult following, but I just didn't see the appeal. I guess I'll try it again someday.

Fixed it, but that said, I would think that's where you'd want to put a "discount grocery store". Might as well through up a Dollar General right next door.

The Real Superstore used to do that back in the 80's.

Just what that area needs

Area is going to shite fast. Should do well though with all the Section 8 housing nearby.

They are great in Germany. Good for running in and getting quick things you need. Small footprint neighborhood market that has very few shelf turds.

Aldi is one of those stores that it depends on the day you go as to the experience you have. I have one by my house I go to from time to time. Some days there is barely anything on the shelves and it's a rough crowd shopping. Other days the shelves are full of the most amazing things and it's milf's in yoga pants shopping. So weird.
