Personally I think it is in a horrible location. Goes to show you that the franchisor will do anything to sell one. Feel bad for the naive owners who got had before it started.

Hopefully he has another job, makes tons of money, and this is just to get her out the house.

Him: Honey, I know you want to do something, but these numbers don’t add up.
Her: You’re so controlling and never let me make my own decisions.
Him: FINE!!

I know a few people that have boutiques on Magazine that in no way imiganiable make enough to cover the rent. Atleast they don’t have to make franchise payments.

I'd place a very significant amount of value on getting the wifey out of the house. Perhaps worth paying the rent and expenses with zero revenue.

Just looked up the NOLA franchisee and all I can say about this assessment is that she is MILF age - that's all.

You think millennials started the eating of cookie dough/cake batter?

No...but they started posting a crap ton of memes about and making it seem like it was some grand unique thing thus paving the way for a dumb business idea like this

I know them well. I'll tell her about this thread, and see if she'll create an account and post pics.

Who do you think is behind all of those antique, carpet and clothing stores on Magazine Street? You think the majority of those are in the black? No, husband wants them out.

I’m pretty certain I know (of) the guy. If the wife is of a similar age, she’s about 40.

My wife and sister-in-law went before the grand opening. They liked it but I thought it was lukewarm and not very good. I would much rather go to Creole Creamery which is closer to me anyway.

That’s the problem. People will go. Once.

Getting them back. Not likely.

Chad went to Brother Martin & played football at UCLA. He was a football coach for a while out of college.

Lester what are you talking about? I’m not Chad. Who cares if he knows of him. The point is this business is in a bad location that is trying to survive and needs help in supporting as they open whoever the owner is.
