My niece worked at that Ralph and Kacoo's about 8 or so years ago. She warned us then that it was disgusting and to never eat there.

I know the manager at Sushi Masa and she came in after this (this is from 2017) and has made a ton of changes. I would be interested to see the 2018 reports and wonder why they released these so late? It is almost 2019.

Yep, my friend goes into kitchens at restaurants quite a bit for work and he has videos and lots of stories of a ton of Asian places that are disgusting. He refuses to eat at any Asian restaurant.
Probably a little bit of a knee jerk reaction, but he can't be convinced to change his mind.

I don't know how that place stays in business. I drive by there daily and it's never crowded. It's such a large building too.
