Yup, and if you get a larger one, you can cut it in half and smoke two smaller ones.

Rouses will cut a twin pack of boston buttes any way ya want for free charge just whats on the pack. When they on sale I get em pt slice on pack into pork steaks 1 pack into 1x1" country style ribs. The ones sliced into ribs fit in my grinder if I wanaa make sausage the steaks are amazing and beat the hell outa pork chops imo. Great smoked or qued. I got a freezer full o steaks ribs and such last week .89/lb

Oh yea they good smoked whole too but ya gotta prep them thenight before and then drag ya arse outa bed early Saterday morning if ya planning on having them for supper. Best to do l;ike nate and smoke them the day before.

Got another 40 lbs of pork butts that'll probably go on Saturday sometime. Some will be for the lady that wanted it for Monday and the rest used for a get together on Thursday for my wife's women's group. The Daughters of Isabella. It will most likely be Foodsaver'd and frozen and warmed in the bags(via boiling water)Thursday evening.
