I bought the black four quart during a $99 sale a couple of years ago. I love it. We use it all the time.

size-wise what would you use this for? i'm trying to talk myself out of buying one. too small for a roast right? more for soups and sauces?

I use my 3qt (another brand) easily as much as I use the large one, so I bet you’d get quite a bit of use out of the 4qt.

Great for soups and chili. I use my 4 quart almost as often as my 5.5 and more than my 7 and 9. At this price, it’s a steal.
