Sounds like the place lived up to it's name.

you are either trolling, retarded, or the owner of Grumbles.
do you really expect them to describe the food on their own website as shitty?

Bidenomics baby.
American producers out of business. Pay Chinese producers twice the price. That’s the new American way.

What did you know about this place before placing an order? Were the prices not displayed? If I figure out that I am about to pay $68 for two poboys, a beer and margarita.. I am going somewhere else where I can get something better for the same price.
OP isn't the brightest bulb.

My boss grew up in New Orleans. He approves of this place in Atlanta:
I'll have to check it out next time i'm in hotlanta.
I really thought there would be some decent ones in Houston with all the coonasses we have over here. But other than BBs meh version I just can't find a solid one.
I don't even need it to be a full blown Castnet BMF, i'd settle for just good.

He was a wise man indeed.
Also, any time I hear Port Aransas I automatically think of this report from this summer.

I got chargrilled oysters from Chimes in Baton Rouge last week and all six were the size of my fingernails. They charge 17$ for a half dozen and 26$ for a full dozen.
That is just robbery to me.

Salinity has been good around coastal Louisiana this year. Hoping for a better oyster season.

Pro Tip: When looking for a good value, don't eat at a brand new restaurant that is sitting on a multi-million dollar piece of land. If you do, you're mostly paying for the atmosphere.
