2021 Year Long Food Challenge - Tell Me What To Make

I am proposing a 2021 year long food challenge here on the food and drink board.
It’s pretty simple, you offer up a challenge and somebody excepts it. You tell them what to make after they accept the challenge. They have up to one week to make it, post photos of the process, final project, and recipe if they want.
I’m hoping this will get people out of their comfort zone, and learn to make something new.
There can be more than one challenge going on per week, just that you can only accept one challenge at a time.
If no one is offering a challenge, you can even ask for a challenge.
As a challenger, you can offer the recipe, or just let the challengee to find a recipe or make one up on their own.
You can accept an offer that had been previously offered in the past that someone has already completed.

I challenge you to participate in the F&DB fish challenge on Tuesday, Jan 5, 2021.

I agree. I kind of think that if you accept a challenge without knowing what the ingredient is, some folks won't take it seriously and choose a dish that is purposefully difficult or unpopular.
I like the challenge we have going on right now, and as far as stepping outside of your comfort zone, I think people are doing that. I think people realize that in order to get votes, they need to get a little more creative than they normally do - and everyone seems to be stepping up and having fun doing it.
I still try to take a simple approach to my dishes, because I'm not very good technically, and I think that people appreciate dishes they can replicate without having fancy equipment or mad skills. I still manage to get some votes, even with my not-so-difficult dishes. There are also others on this board who have done some crazy creative things and it's fun to see what people come up with.

Except no one is going to accept.
