I could definitely get my $50 worth from that event.

Eta: I do notice no Parish on that list. Anything to read into that?

I dont think there was ever any kind of camaraderie between the two. I dont think Parish ever sends CY any special kegs. Never any collabs or anything.

I won't visit this brewery again until they hire some African Americans. Place is way too white.

Saw they got the green light for their new spot near the greenway. Not surprised city council got fooled by a bunch of letters, emails, and signatures from white people who don't live in the neighborhood much less the city.

Where are the new black owned business along the greenway ? Might as well call it the white way. Hipster transplants are ruining our city.

I had a lean, but it was just so random in a beer thread. Well done. Wise.

Dead serious. We have an affordable housing shortage in the city and it's because of white gentirfication. These hipster transplants move into these areas, like this neighborhood, and raise the price of rent driving the low income minorities out.

Does Courtyard hire any of these minorities ? Doesn't look like it from the times I've been there. Hire some local minorities to bartend and pay them a decent wage and maybe I'll support the place.

I happened to be in town for the pelicans playoff game last year and I enjoyed it. Got there early though.

In my experience, Scott and Parish don’t play nice. Lot of reasons. But. Is what it is.

They are both assholes, that's the main reason.

The reason you didn't see Parish being served at Courtyard for a long time was due to the distributor though (allegedly).

Toof, let us revel in our imagined crafty beer drama. We have to have something to bitch about.
