My 2015 beer resolution is to increase the amount I brew compared to the past 4 months. Only brewed one batch of beer and one batch of cider since August. That needs to change.

Pfft. That's what I got people for. If I can ever get a decent hookup in New Orleans I'd be in good shape.

One of your mules was in town a couple weeks ago and didn't leave with anything.

Zealot had to liberate one of your W&B today.

2015...

More intelligible ramblings vis-a-vis the adjustments of time versus hours leading to problematic typings of the sort usually reserved for inventory calculations and summations of numeramathmatica when options are limited to dos xx and shiner.

I don't recall receiving notification or a copy of your entry pass. Must be present to win. Or invite me hunting like Yeezy and I'll open the cellar for provisions for the trip

ETA-last year I resolved to chase less and drink down inventory. Well......I was an abject failure, with 8-12 cases being shipped during a summer CA beer spree and loading the back end of an SUV muling beer back from the Midwest. I've been a bad bad boy

You don't have enough beer to persuade me into an entire weekend trip

Top 10 (INPO):
-GI BCBS Rare
-GI King Henry
-Toppling Goliath King Sue
-SARA Saison Bernice
-Lost Abbey Duck Duck Gooze
-CCB Double Barrel Hunahpu's
-Maine Dinner
-Funky Buddha Maple Bacon Coffee Porter
-De Cam Oude Kriek 2005
-The Bruery Rue D'Floyd

Honarable Mentions:
-Toppling Goliath Assassin
-GI BCBS Proprietor's 2013
-The Alchemist Focal Banger
-Fiddlehead Mastermind DIPA
-Hill Farmstead Double Galaxy
-Cantillon 50N4E
-Cycle RareR DOS
-RR Beatification

Resolutions:
-Drink more responsibly at tastings (bring less bottles, smaller portions, better pace, etc.)
-Drink down the cellar/stash some, at least put a stop on the growth. This was a resolution last year that I failed at, my stash may have damn near doubled.
-Transition the cellar to be more sours/saisons less stouts, barleywines, and quads.
-Upset my wife less with my beer drinking antics. This was a resolution last year and I think I definitely improved on this, but there is still more work to be done.
-Drink a Side Project beer.

I can't make a top 10 list because I don't track what I drink and don't really remember what I drank this year. But I know I had some great stuff.
I accomplished what I wanted in 2014 by drinking much less and drinking down my collection. Although I mostly gave away or sold most of my collection.

In 2015 I plan to stay on course. Try new things but don't go hunting for them. No buying in giant bulk. Just buy what I want to drink. And continue to push Parish as being the best brewery in the world.

I still have a first run ghost if anyone is looking to trade

2014 Beer in Review

The highlight of my beer year was going to Santa Rosa. Also, my homebrew quality increased greatly, thanks to some study and making the all-grain jump.

2015 New Beers Resolutions

drink less overall, including taking some time off all together. Brew better beers. Try to get back to the idea that I wanted to make beers using locally available resources.

2 out of 4 ain't bad

certainly my highlight was Belgium and the beer that I drank at Cantillon.

Next year will be to transition to more sours
