I was going to go in with my dad on his beef order but he gave up the spot on the list he was on and the lady wouldn't let me take the spot.

Also, what are you seeing price wise for hanging weight? We were in at $3.75/lb...

Does the $3.75 include butchering? Even so, that is really cheap. I've been looking into a half cow for about a month now and most are $5ish hanging weight including butcher.

ETA: Is it a farm local to SE LA?

I have a partner where each of us going for quarter so if you wanted a half that may work. I’m also looking at Sagrera farms which someone else started a thread on (and that farm was mentioned in a thread I started a month or so ago). Just scoping out options right now
