After keepugh up with this thread/board since the beginning I'd bet you every dollar I have there are more people here who have no clue about an old levée new levee ring levée side levée ect ect ect

I'm from this part of the world so I knew by just looking at picture what it was.

If I would have made this post I would have said thst levée is at least 8 to 10 feet below real "new" levée , of course by doing that it would have made it much less dramatic.

My understanding was that the OLD (NEWS ALERT!!!!! NOT THE NEW LEVEE!!!!) levee had never been topped before.
