Wallaby wanders into neighborhood to escape flooding

So maybe we need to take another look at that Australian Brown Snake picture?

There's no floodwaters anywhere near the east side of D.S. WTF??

The owner wanted the wallaby safe from flood waters, as they live near the Basin, so he let it stay with a friend in Livingston Parish. The wallaby got out of its temporary cage and later was caught and given back to its owner.

this would never happen in LA, but because it's in Livingston Parish, this is not that unbelievable.

makes sense...But its so stupid how the media wants one to believe the wallaby was running from floodwaters
