Rattlehead and Spurticus, how did you all "cartoonize" the face for the two painting pictures?

I use Photoshop Elements myself for the stuff
I do. . . There's a Filter Menu where you can
do all sorts of special effects (lighting,
Blurring, distortions etc...) One of the sub
menus in there is "ARTISTIC" tools. From the
list I picked "Watercolor" and then just played
around with the Brush Definition settings,
Shadow Intensity etc...until it give you a
painted looking result.
