Worst punishment for last place in your league?

One of my leagues, the last place guy has to pierce his belly button and leave it for a week. The winner pays for it with the winnings.

I wish we would do something like this, but my leagues suck and have a bunch of stick in the muds in them.

Weird.
Only league I have is last place has to pay an extra $25 to the 3rd place team.

wayyyy more fun to make last place do something embarrassing. And no one in my league is a pussy or insecure so it was basically a wide open suggestion box for the punishment. We all laughed the hardest at the thought of one of us having to get a belly button pierced for a week. It goes away when you take it out. Also, its hidden at work which was important.

I did it once six years ago, grows back pretty fast...way before next years draft
then we switched it to starting off the next years draft with the shave, in front of everyone, and that's when the dude quit.

I guess it depends where you work. My head is basically shaved anyway when I get a haircut.
Its great to have an embarrassing punishment for last place. It makes people not quit trying when they are having a bad season.
