We pass around an engraved toilet seat with the year and the current loser. The current loser keeps it all season and has to pay for the engraving of the next loser and presents it to him at next year's draft.

In our league, the loser has to buy the winner a case of beer of his choice. Not embarrassing, just a little extra incentive

In my league, we play soggy biscuit at the end of the year and the league loser and the last person to give an offering have to eat the biscuit.

Ours is just that the loser has to pay for drinks at the end of the year trophy and payout meeting
