What defense would you want this week and for the remainder of the season

I don't like swapping out defenses every week. I'd rather get one I can count on. Dropped Denver because they were facing Indy and have been under-performing lately. Which of these defenses would you pick up for this week and beyond?

CAR has been doing pretty good for me. I don't know enough about the others

Even though they play the saints twice i'd say Carolina.

Carolina.....switch them out prior to the saints games

Carolina plays the saints twice in the playoffs is the bad part,

On the other hand the saints play Carolina's streaky offense plus the rams
