Trade offer: Hurts for Lawrence and Pierce

I would receive Pierce and Lawrence. 10 team standard:
My team:
Hurts
RBs: Stevenson, Gus Edwards, Akers, Justice Hill (I had Chubb)
WRs: Adams, Olave, Puka, Jeudy, Cooks, Tank Dell
TE: Pitts, Kincaid
His team:
Lawrence, Dak
RBs: Jacobs, Walker, Sanders, Moss, Pierce, Bigsby
WRs: Lamb, Waddle, Watson, Reed
TE: Kittle, LaPorta
I don’t like Pierce. What’s a reasonable counter?

What have you seen from Pierce that would make you downgrade from Hurts to Lawrence? Hell no.
ETA: missed your last statement.
If you're looking for a RB, I would only do it for Jacobs or maybe Walker but I doubt he would do that.
Lawrence/Walker would probably be the most fair trade. Still not sure I would do it.

In a ten team league, you want to the be the 1 side of a 1 for two trade.

If you can get Lawrence/Walker then maybe do it. But definitely not for Pierce.

Yeah, this seems like the most fair deal overall, but not sure if I'd do it either.
I'd try and counter with Jacobs and Lawrence since Jacobs has started slow, but that's lopsided in your favor.
