The 28th does seem pretty solid. I would assume something like 9 pm central for the time.
It will be interesting to have simultaneous drafts and then see how the player prices varied.

I do like the idea of both conferences drafting on the same night.
If it were separate nights, people in the 2nd conference would have a leg-up being able to study rosters, prices, strategies, etc.
