BS, what happens later in the year where you and someone else want the same player and you say well I added these other guys like this and the other player says no this is the rule. Then it would just be more bitching. May as well take care of it the first time it comes up when it only affects one team and not 2.

Honestly dont care anymore. The entire process is absurd. People already have an advantage being able to see the other conferences bids.

Not worth arguing over. Shouldn't be a big deal...switching to espn next year.

Get to see who people are bidding on. Maybe there's someone the person with access to the email becomes aware of a player they otherwise wouldn't be. It's not a big advantage but def is an advantage.

There hasn't been a common player dropped and claimed in this email process to date.

Also, pretty sure LE and I haven't bid on guys the weeks we have received emails.

Drops guys, makes waiver claims, loses waiver claims, so wants dropped guys back.

Makes so much sense.

This is why I wanted to scrap the whole email thing. More trouble than it's worth

TBH I don't even remember it's an option until someone complains about it

It's not a big deal. But there is an implied advantage by being able to see bids that others can't. I haven't seen anything that could be mistaken for anything shady from the bidding process. But you would like to do everything through the website if possible.

In other news:

Don Jackson :in:
Ryan Mathews :out:

It's been a good process. Tons of FAAB has been used and there's been at least 3 guys that have had multiple bids.

Just gents in here accusing people of cheating and lying about rules. Been a pretty straight up, democratic process.
