If you kick me out the league just for comments made on a message board, I'll be expecting a prorated amount of my $100 back.
If you have basically given up to begin with doesn't it also say you have given up the $100?
...or is that your plan? Try to get tossed so you can recoup part of it because you know you won't see any of the prize money?

I'm interested in a Smith/Ingram package. Pick a RB & a WR from my squad and let's make a deal.

The point is, that I said if y all are going to boot me for this league just for my comments, then I want my money back.
The first three weeks I tried to compete. Lost my best wr for the season.I lost. Don't have many tradable assets. Last week got crazy busy. Forgot to set my lineup. Lost again.
This week I decide I'm gonna try to play for next season. If that's even possible any more. Say that I don't think I can win this season, and have no chance of competing. Then was threatened with getting kicked out of the league.
There is nowhere in the league bylaws that says that you can kick someone out of the league for one week of forgetting his lineups.
I haven't made a roster transaction bc I don't like anyone on the roster wire. I'm supposed to make trades, when I don't think I have people people want to trade for, or people are offering people I don't want? Since when is responding to a trade request an obligation? I saw it, didn't want to answer it.
I'll make a point to set my lineups for the rest if the time if there s no way to improve keepers or draftpicks. You ll probably not see a difference in the standings. I tried and pondered the first three weeks and was dead last by a large margin. As for the draft, I tried my best in a difficult situation. I was entertaining a friend on her one weekend in LA, and to tell her to sit around on labor day for two hours while I drafted would be pretty shitty of me. And there s no way i could change the date or time. the fact that I sat on an iPhone trying to draft in the middle of an event should be a testament to me trying to do right than do wrong.
As for redd, rondo, LE, I appreciate your dedication to running a good fantasy league. I will perform the duties required of me. But I'm also not the first person who had a shitty draft and wanted to pack it in early early. I thought this was the okay situation to do so bc it just bumped the other 11 teams up a notch as opposed to having one team get a weekly advantage. To me, with the way this league is set up is akin to gambling- my team is dead money now. You d think that you guys would be happy about $100 in and better odds. But if that's not what you feel and you guys want the illusion of me being competitive (even though it would take a miracle and a ton of help) then so be it.
Now if y all could just lay off the antagonistic bs, it would be much appreciated. In the event that you re going to kick me out of the league, I will insist on a prorated money back. I paid for a full season. Whether I'm competitive or not is not part of that contract.
I don't understand. All three preseason prognosticators had me as 12 out of 12 teams. Yet everyone is saying my team is not bad even though my first four picks have wildly underperformed their projections and my fifth pick and leading point getter is out for the year ?
Now port, if I am indeed allowed to trade for next season, please let me know. I do have tradeablr assets, just not one s that will allow me to trade but become anymore competitive this year. I like this league. I just had a horrible draft that ruined the year for me. I want to play next year. Given the current set up of the league, I don't see the fuss.

not to pile on... but....
We wanna boot you from the league BC you're not trying to compete & you're giving the 11 Droppings conference owners an unfair advantage (IE giving Rick a cheap win in week 3 by not setting your lineup).
You didnt make one transaction. Even when you...
I don't call that trying to compete
Not possible in this format. Keepers were voted down so this is a moot point
I get this man, just keep up w/ your lineup from here on out. shite happens... but packing it in so early (when $2400 is on the line) is bush league.
You like Kenny Britt >>> anyone on the roster wire? Dude the wire if chucked full of sleepers right now, especially WRs in our conference.
How do you know this? Hell I need a QB n a bad way. Let's work on something for Vick. Pretty sure I could give ya 2 starters in return.
I got no problem w/ this
Do have a problem w/ this. Think it pretty much goes unsaid, when you enter a $100 league you're expected to field a competitive lineup (or hell at least set your lineup)
Bottom line, just set your lineup from here on out. If you wanna give up on pick-ups or trades at this point that's your prerogative, but I'd probably vote you out if you choose to give up. Too many studs come off the waiver wire every year (Britt & Vick from your own team). So it's not too late to try & be competitive.

Hey big krame, if pitt had "packed it in" because they had nothing going for them in December of 2007, Lsu wouldn't have been in the mnc game pal.
