LOL! Looks like my targets were pretty much all underbid. My 4 QB strategy worked to perfection though! Anyone want one? Or two??

That was the biggest downside of setting values.

Once the value was hit, you stopped bidding. If you were live, you continue on some guys.

You left $104 on the table.

You have 4 QBs. You need to flip Hurts for better WRs.

Anyone dump their roster into the football guys rate my team review?

It gave me a B overall. B+ starters, C in depth

Yeah. I set 80 competitively. Thought that would be enough.

I should have just kept the original defaults.

I did and it seems to have gotten better since I used it last week for my wife's team (see the thread I made about it).

It REALLY overrates depth. It gave me a bad rating at TE and I have McBride...because I don't have a backup.

quote:

The tight end position is a glaring weak spot for Two Time Champ. While the starter Trey McBride grades A+ this year, the bench tight ends are rated F, dragging the overall TE grade down to a D.

It's also funny reading its rankings for a draft league when I paid $2 TOATAL for Fields and Bryce Young. It says I reached on Fields

Yeah, it assumes redraft/snake.

I think I’m good for 6/8 if I avoid injuries. I just need 2 others to stand out as flex consistently.

Burrow
Henry & Hubbard
Nacua & Hill
Warren
Kupp/Diggs/JWill/AJones/Chubb

Chubb starts the year as the number one guy in Houston with Mixon out. Let’s see if he has anything left in the tank.

I’ll post Tiger later today unless someone has a chance before me. It was definitely a tale of two drafts.

It gave me an A- overall with A for starters and B for depth.

I like my team, but these grades, while fun, are less than reliable. Based on what I've seen, Footballguys tried to add fun quirks with the Roast and Praise my Team, and they didn't spend as much time this year on the basics. Since I didn't synch the entire league, it told me I should look to the waiver wire for available players like Ja'Mar Chase and Bijan Robinson.

bham clearly nailed the starters but somehow managed to turn the WR bench into a dumpster fire worthy of a Hue Jackson coaching clinic.

OK, that explains the question in my thread. They suggested my wife pick up Bijan and Lamar.

I got nothing close to that when synced.

Difference in Droppings and Tiger Draft Values.

Red = Amount Overpaid by Droppings
Green = Amount Overpaid by Tiger

My team cost $157 if I would have drafted in Droppings.

Paid

I actually like my team I tried to make sure I had some viable players on my bench.

The year I made the championship my QB, RB2, WR2 and a flex were all players I got on WW because of injuries

It's kind of crazy to me Bijan only went for 59

Pretty interesting. Thanks for sharing that.

Of course timing plays a big part in what players go for.

Good stuff Evolve.

And SFP, Bijan for $59 was definitely a shocker for me too.

Not just Bijan. The normal top 6 draft picks all went for $60+ in Droppings, whereas only Chase went for over $60 in Tiger. That left more money for everyone else in Tiger.

I feel like a lot of us in Tiger had the same strategy. Hold off on the high cost players and look for value and upside in tier 2 or 3. Which caused their cost to increase considerably in some cases. I wanted a few players that eventually broke my threshold and i let them go. Pretty soon I was sitting with nothing on the board. I had to overspend on players I thought would be value grabs or id be left with nothing.
