frick me. I was restarting TDFL Tiger and redistributing the guy across the league and fricked up by removing myself since I'm in Droppings and it completely killed the league for me where I lost control of it.
I will have to create another TDFL Tiger Conference and send it out. Avoid it since no one (I think) has commissioner status in it.

I sent an email out for payment requirements. So far I have 3 submitted.
Dates discussed
Tiger: 8/20 or 8/22, No other dates mentioned, just weeks 2/3 of the Preseason.
Droppings: 8/13, 8/20. or 8/27. All at 8PM CST

Set draft dates in both Conferences.
I had to make one switch due to draft conflict. Unlimited Breadsticks moved from Tiger to Droppings and Thomas got his wish and is now in Deebz's Tiger Conference.
