Yep.. So, let's reward the lucky owners even more!

..and this will drive overall scoring down in the end.

you think adding $1 player and FA are lucky, but are advocating DEF and K

So? Choosing a flex guy takes more scheming than plugging in a kicker.

Some choose a top defense and kicker in the draft. Is that lucky or stratgery?

Are you in love with K & Def because that is just what you're used to, or do you really think they are integral positions in fantasy football?

Every DEF in my conference last season was drafted for $1 besides SEA ($3) and MIA ($2). No kicker went for more than $1. Strategy

Just think all of the money you'll save for players like:

Matt Stafford $3
Eli Manning $3
Cam Newton $3
David Johnson $3

Antonio Gates $2
Eric Decker $2

Theo Riddick $1
Michael Crabtree $1
Tyler Eifert $1
Delanie Walker $1
Jordan Reed $1
Marcus Mariota $1
Deangelo Williams $1

You picked Seattle and gostkowski last year in the draft for $3 and $2 respectively. I got Justin Tucker for $1 and streamed defenses all year. Combined, you averaged 3.2 more points per game than I did, but your two guys only outscored my two in 6 out of 12 regular season weeks. So, cool strategy brah

I think it's integral.

By completely removing it, it removes part of the draft and seasonal strategy.

Some never cared for either position, and you can tell who they are from how they have drafted in the past. It's no small wonder that group led the charge to remove them.

idk

The only 2 DEF that were more than $1 finished DEF4 and DEF26.

Of the top 5 kickers, only 1 was even drafted

Has anyone ever one this league by paying more than $1 on a kicker and defense?

I think I lost it my first year by not starting Seattle in the Championship game

Yeah. The top defenses go for $2/$3 and are usually nominated at those values.

Kickers go for $1, but the beauty is that if you want a top kicker or defense, you can nominate them as your first nominee and get them.

It isn't like the owners luck into a top D or K in this league.

SFP won the league last year and drafted SEA. He also had QB4, RB6, RB5, WR6, WR18, TE8

Alum drafted SEA and Gostowski and went 5-7

I scored the most points cycling through both and ended the year with K13 and DEF6

The only common denominator for winning is having good skill players

Alum went 5-7 and drafted SEA and Gostowski

You would think that he'd be in favor of getting rid of them with those results

I had arguably the best fantasy def ever last year and it was the first time I missed the playoffs.

Really keeping def and kickers benefits people like me. I'd rather people spend on kickers and def bc I never will

Leaves me to scoop up guys that will help me win

So I say add em back!!
