it seems like the "lower" teams with picks are pretty set and they're not dealing picks
smart play, b/c that just means they have the option of getting those fringe players being dangled with those same early picks IF they choose, or they cna see if an even more valuable fringe player is available
rmcc has 5 keepers, too (unless he's changed how he views his players this year)
