I would actually say that if you do a cap, then limiting the roster moves is unnecessary. If a team wants to make extraneous roster moves and waste a game played with a waiver wire quality player, then that's up to them.

And I think if you do both then it leads to the possibility of a double whammy. What I'd a playoff team has more than two injured players happen in a week? I think they should be allowed to pick up and drop off up to 7. bc ultimately it will be the best I.e. 42 games they can muster vs the best 42 of the other team. And I like the activity on the wire. Teams wont be able to stream bc of the cap

45 game cap solves all streaming/games issues

5 player acquisitions (to stop streaming and all that shite that happened year 1) per week

I like the idea of losers bracket determining pick order of 1-6. Will prevent the complete sell out of every single trade piece possible, and force teams to remain competitive all year.

Fixes the issue of unbalanced schedules and the benefit of facing teams after they have sold out

A weighted lottery encourages you to lose as many games as possible.

i mean i get what you're saying, but if we have a situation like this year where me and knot still have relatively strong teams....it will make a mediocre team have the inside shot to the top pick

since i plan on stacking my team up to where i never sell out again, it won't affect me, but i'm just saying

That's the point. Having guaranteed wins at the end of the season is not a good thing.

well how do we deal with pick trades then?

i own knot's 1st. if he wins, do i get to pick the place for his 1st?

this creates all sorts of smart investment moves

He would still get to pick his draft position, as it effects all of the rounds and not just the first. Most of the teams not in the playoffs will have their own 1st pick I would imagine.

what about for those of us who dont really care if we draft 1 or 6 in a keeper league. I really dont think it will deter anything IMO

No the team with the next best record out of the playoffs gets the most chances. That's a good consolation for missing the playoffs

For the record, I'd be 8-0'ing Karma, Toula, and Rick this week, and I can't even make add/drops.

I don't need to right now. If they are out tomorrow you know I will. I have 2 adds left.

Deandre is the next to go.
