Anyone else take this approach in redraft leagues?
6pts per passing TD
10 team league with 7 bench spots

If it’s a 10 person league probably fine but if it’s 12 and everyone holds 2 QBs it’ll get rough some weeks

I've tried it before, and it wasn't that my team was performing terribly overall, but it was just a pain in the arse. There are going to be weeks with absolutely no one available. I much prefer to get someone like Matt Ryan and ride all season.

You might not need to stream. There's always an undrafted QB that ends up being top 8 it seems like

In a ten team league with 7 bench spots, there's probably plenty on the waiver wire every week--emerging RBs and WRs out of nowhere. Why complicate the process even more having to decide whether to play Nick Foles or Ryan Fitzpatrick?
Sounds too clever but not like a formula for success.

Thanks for the responses. I hardly ever pick a QB early, then Burrow was the 6th or 7th off the board as a backup (was part wanting that option knowing another would be available if needed). After that I just never had one I was happy with, always had an RB/WR that looked like better value.
Stafford, Cousins, Bridgewater, BigBen, etc. are all still available, so I'll probably just ride with one of them or better, still going to have to scour wk 1 matchups. Just wondering if anyone truly let it ride on streaming or wound up settling on a couple pretty quickly.

There have been years where teams have had defenses so bad that I was able to stream bottom tier QBs successfully just due to their matchup with that team, but it’s a major pain and in leagues with deeper benches (ie 2-3 QBs rostered) I wouldn’t recommend it.

I’d look for Stafford, Big Ben, and Daniel Jones. Even Goff will give you some good weeks. QB is really deep this year. The first three will give you a good amount of passing TDs, and in 6 pt passing TD leagues rushing is less important. You’ll be alright

Ten teams, probably not. I have done it in two twelve team leagues however:
Stafford/Jones
Wentz/Brady
You could probably get great value in later rounds with Minshew or Taylor.
