I was offered J Stewart for Diggs, I do need help at rb but I noticed this guy also has C West and J Starks. Who would you rather have out of the 3.

Need more info from OP but that's crazy talk. RBs are at a premium.
Without knowing what his team looks like I'd probably take J Stewart.

I took Lacy for him. Not saying it was a great trade, but decided to gamble. Every back on my team has gotten injured and I was stuck with just Jeremy Hill left.

I thought my team was very solid before I lost Charles, I'd like to have another RB with a little higher ceiling.

Meh, I wouldn't West either. People get way to excited when a new player performs well before they even see any consistency.
OP, you have to make that trade. Definitely not Starks. Pick between J Stewart and West. I'd personally take Stewart.

Stewart would be my last choice, he doesn't even get 10 PPR in half of his games and has only cracked 20 once. Very low ceiling RB2 imo.
