1.5 PPR, 12 team league.

RB2
Malcolm Brown at Buffalo
Zack Moss vs LA Rams

2 Flex spots
Mike Gesicki at Jacksonville
Jarvis Landry vs Washington
DeSean Jackson vs Cincy
Jerry Jeudy vs Tampa Bay
Scott Miller at Denver

I'm lost. None of the decisions I've made at flex have worked out. Mike Davis and Devonta Freeman are available on the waiver, but I'm 11th. Hopefully I can get one of them.

I would go malcolm brown but wouldn’t feel great about it. Moss usage isn’t great with Allen vulturing redzone looks and rams is a tough matchup. I would monitor malcolm browns health. I feel like he may get more legitimate redzone opportunities if he plays and is healthy but that’s a tough matchup too. Don’t feel great about either.

I like Gesicki and Landry in the flex. Washington’s defensive front is tough and hard to run on. Should have to throw more and the attention will be on odell. Gesicki is a mismatch nightmare and is being run out of the slot. Jeudy is tempting but hasn’t really showed anything yet and has an iffy qb situation

Do you think Zack Moss and Scott Miller are worth holding on to?

I would definitely hold onto Zack Moss. He has upside and talent to produce. Running backs are hard to come by and still could be played in a pinch and get you some points. I’m holding him in two leagues. As for Miller, I would say pending who is available in free agency. A lot of mouths to feed in Tampa bay so would need to see how he does with everyone healthy

He was good week 1. Chris Godwin sat week 2 and Miller didn't do anything. I only picked Miller up off of waivers because my WR2 is Chris Godwin.

Gotcha I would say go ahead and drop miller for someone with more upside. Obviously, Godwin is going to be your play in that Offense. I hate playing two receivers in one offense.

Yeah, I've played around with the idea of picking up Russell Gage and using him as a flex, but I have Calvin Ridley.

If I was going to play two receivers from the same team, Atlanta would be a better pick.

I agree with that. Atlanta has no defense and no run game so they will always be throwing. Value could go up if Ridley or julio gets hurt and Julio gets banged up a lot. Kind of gives you a handcuff type of situation if Ridley goes down

That’s tough man. I’m definitely starting McLaurin. I want to say sit diggs bc he will he matched up with Ramsey but he is hard to sit with how he is playing and Hilton has a good matchup. Tough call

I know I feel like Hilton has burned me already and I don’t trust rivers . I may see how it going without Campbell for a week before making the switch for lamb. I think he is going to ha e a big year by the way

I asked this question in another thread but it still doesn’t make sense. So someone who understands consensus rankings, chime in.

BorisChen

How do guys like McLaurin, Diggs, Metcalf, Edelman consistently stay tiers lower than “pedigree” names?

Not a knock on Boris as he pulls rankings data from Fantasy Pros but it seems like this is built into all tiered rankings, year after year.

I guess I understand why a guy like ARob can stay in top tiers, while underperforming (reversion) but it does seem like the “expert” consensus puts too much weight into big names and catches the trend late. Vice versa for lower pedigrees who are breaking out.

Not if you can find other options. I’m in 12 team 1 ppr and I’d be nervous relying on them

Neither Seahawks defense won’t let 3 cowboys receivers eat in one week

Minshew vs Miami

Deshaun @ Pitt

My heart says stick with Deshaun but this seems like another bad matchup.

I’m sitting Watson myself. He burned me last week and now he is on the road at Pittsburgh. Nope!

I would think Minshew could get 3 TD’s be Miami.
