I get Ronald Jones for Michael Thomas

0.5 pt PPR

Roster
QB- Josh Allen
RB- Miles Sanders
RB- Josh Jacobs
WR- Terry McLaurin
WR- Cooper Kupp
TE- Evan Engram
Flex- Mike Davis
D/ST- Bears
K- Younghoe Koo

Bench
QB- Justin Herbert
RB- Devin Singletary
WR- Michael Thomas
WR- Tee Higgins
WR- Christian Kirk
WR- Antonio Brown
RB- Carlos Hyde

Really need an extra RB. Especially with bye weeks and Mike Davis losing his job soon. Still, MT is a heavy price. Normally I’d take it in a second but gotta think Higgins takes a step down with Burrow out.

Just off the top of my head, not just no but frick no. Keep MT. You can get lot more for him, granted he has been out more than in and all.

Do a package deal consisting of 2 out of 3 other wrs (brown, higgins, kirk) for ronald jones. You are overvaluing jones imvho

Sanders and Jacobs have had their byes.
You get to ride Davis for at least one more week. Who knows what happens after their bye.

So if CMC comes back after the bye, you're looking at

Jacobs
Sanders
Thomas
Mclaurin
Kupp/Brown/Higgins

Vs

Jacobs
Sanders
Mclaurin
Kupp
Jones/Brown Higgins

Pretty easy choice, especially if this is PPR

Any explanation for why not?

I know MT can go off at any moment, but he’s averaging 7.6 points per game and Jones has been pretty consistent with 12.1 points per game.

And looking at my roster, I have 3 good RBs (soon only two), and 5-6 good WRs. I don’t see myself going far in the playoffs with Devin Singletary as an RB3.

If I accept:

RB- Miles Sanders
RB- Josh Jacobs
WR- Terry McLaurin
WR- Cooper Kupp
Flex- Ronald Jones

If I decline:

RB- Miles Sanders
RB- Josh Jacobs
WR- Terry McLaurin
WR- Michael Thomas
Flex- Cooper Kupp

MT is not a bench WR, he is your WR1.

AVG
Problem with my current situation is that I’m completely fricked if a RB goes down

Let’s say Miles Sanders goes down. It’s playoff week

Accept
Jacobs
RoJo
McLaurin
Kupp
Kirk

AVG points- 64.9

Decline
Jacobs
Singletary/Waiver RB
McLaurin
Thomas
Kupp

AVG points- 56.3

Average points
McLaurin- 14.2
Kirk- 11.4
Kupp- 11.2
Higgins- 11.1
MT- 7.6
AB- 7.5

What place are you in? How many get into the playoffs? What week do they start? What RBs are on waivers?

Jones is on bye week 13 so you already lose a week of his points. It's not a good trade IMO, but it seems as if you've talked yourself out of Thomas. The other questions need to be addressed before you can make a decision.

You're averaging in games when Thomas was working his way back from injury and not taking into account what he's been his entire career which is an elite WR.

A. He’s on someone else’s team
B. Someone else would get him

Dude, ask yourself why your opponent wants to trade you for Thomas instead of your “starting” WRs

RoJo is barely an RB2, he can be benched for a game based on one fumble.

Thomas is an elite WR in an elite offense, he should command an RB1 in return

Just play three WRs and trade your bench for your RB handcuffs

He’s busted in the 2/3 games he’s been obviously healthy in. What I need is consistency and he’s been the opposite of that. Kupp, Kirk, and RoJo have all been pretty consistent.

In the 2 games in came back after injury he hadn't played in nearly 2 months. It takes some game time to get back into it for some players. He also hadn't had a full week of practice before either of those games.

But, it sounds like you have your mind made up.

I get that you want a RB but I don’t think Jones is a good pull for MT. I would much rather have MT even with Taysom.

If you trade MT I would want a true RB1. Any chance you can get a RB2 on someone’s bench or IR (Ekeler, Gaskin) for one of your QBs? This year, everyone’s RB3 is not exactly trustworthy, just like Singletary

I’m a dumbass for asking this question on a board with 95% Saints fans.

Maybe because he has CEH, Gurley, Carson, RoJo, Swift and Gaskin? And alternatively Marvin Jones, Allen Lazard and Jakobi Meyers at WR.

The dude has 6 RBs with 11+ PPG average. Iced short on WRs with RBs to burn and I’m short on RB with WRs to burn.

You’re right bro. Trade him for RoJo.

Accept it before the other guy changes his mind.

I would ask for CEH or Carson for MT.
