Playoff defenses

I'm 11-1 currently and most likely locked into the #1 seed. Our playoffs are weeks 16 & 17. I've been riding the Ravens the whole year but they have SF and MIA for those weeks. I went and grabbed HOU and IND off the wire.
HOU - CLE week 16, TEN week 17
IND - @ATL week 16, LV week 17
Anyone else I need to be eyeing up that would likely be available? I may drop Ravens as they are currently on a bye and there ROS is brutal.
