Marc Gasol was diagnosed with a left knee sprain on Friday and will have an MRI on Saturday.
He will not return and finished with two points, two boards and three assists in 10 minutes. Gasol did walk back to the locker room under his own power, but knee injuries can be very tough to diagnose specifically without an MRI. Kosta Koufos and Ed Davis will get some extra playing time for the Grizzlies while Gasol is out. For what it's worth, Zach Randolph reportedly told Tim Duncan that Gasol may have suffered a torn MCL. We'll be keeping a close eye on this situation.

Hate to hear about injuries but would be beneficial to Pels

Meh. You'd be 0-4 if you played a real team (me) every week

Andre Iguodala (hamstring) said he felt a pop and he "can't even walk" following Friday's game.

He added that he "knew it was serious." The team will have an MRI on his hamstring to check for the severity of damage done to his muscle.

I have vucevic and hickson that can play C and pf. I have west and jones that can play pf allowing them to stay at center. it's gonna hurt but I don't think I need ed davis and I don't think he will be the main beneficiary

eta: i'm hoping iggy is out for a while cause that would give me a huge boost at sf with barnes
