he definitely was and did the right thing but it sucks that it had to come down to that. the setting makes no fricking since. it's nobody's fault but espns. when you have a setting for 28 max starts no functioning person would take it to mean what it actually does. i'm pretty pissed about it even though it doesn't affect me
