My running back situation is crap. Which two do I start? (Standard scoring)

I’ve gotta see it before I’m playing him. He saw more snaps last game after DT88 was traded. But roughly season average in targets and receptions and yards. The guy who benefitted most from the trade that game was Jeff Heuerman, who saw a huge increase in his target share and usage
