DUI arrest will cost him a few more games.
I could deal with that. Sucks the man can't have his day in court before be punished, but I guess if you or I were popped driving drunk our jobs could be in jeopardy before a trial

True but the theory is that it's so close to .08 that he would plead down anyway
Plus he's already served two games. But whatver

However the other sticking point regarding DUI arrests for drugs and alcohol and how to prosecute remains the real sticking point
I seem to remember the NFLPA wanting due process to proceed before punishment. I don't know if they'll allow suspensions prior to adjudication in court. Perhaps some sort of sliding scale based on the circumstances (damage caused/injuries, etc.)?

Yup. I somehow have him in 8/8 leagues. If he comes back I am pretty sure I become the favorite in all of the leagues.

Guy who drafted him dropped him because he thought he was definitely out all year. And since he dropped him last Wednesday he didn't go on to Waivers until this week, so he can't even get picked up until tomorrow

It is unclear whether the NFLPA will continue negotiations or table them for the year. It is possible the union could set a deadline by next Tuesday to reach an agreement, a source said.
Per ESPN

WHO??? I'll wait for more credible sources to weigh in before I get worried.
Like that guy from Cleveland with 15 Twitter followers who said it's not IF but WHEN.
