I guess Payton wanted the best offensive backfield in the league if you include Brees. Would've been nice to beef up the offensive line some more instead. But, how do you turn away the best back for the last 10 years?

You're probably right. That Kyle Shanahan effect seduced me. Plus, we know Garcon is gonna be a target monster. I had Diggs one spot behind Garcon for those reasons.
