No, no you dont. There are guys that are must start. Megatron is one of them as is Rice. Rice having a poor day is against a good D is as likely as a middle of the road guy having an even shittier day against a great matchup.
Let me put it to you like this, if you are in the same league as me and you play matchups instead of skill, you get beat in the long run. Yea you may win a fluke game here and there, but I will win the playoffs and championships more times than you.
