What's everyone's thoughts on him? He has had some tough breaks the last couple years but is supposedly healthy as ever and ballin out.
When he's on the field he's a beast but should we be scared of his past? He could end up being the steal of the draft IMO.

He was my top pick in '16 late in the first round. He broke his leg or tore up a knee in the first game and now he is dead to me.

Wasn't one of his injuries a lacerated kidney? Don't hold that against him.

He's not injury prone. He's a top 10 WR with top 5 potential

Good receiver but don't sleep on Tyrell Williams. Very underappreciated #2 WR.

Lacerated kidney isn't injury prone. One season ending knee injury isn't injury prone. Is Jordy Nelson injury prone?

He also tore his knee up in college.

If he plays 16 games?
His per 16 game avg is 96/1156/8, you're looking at 260 PPR points. Would've been good for WR6 last season. One of the better floor/ceiling guys if healthy IMO. Jarvis Landry on steroids
The ACL in 2016 and PCL in 2012 are two injuries that could possibly be linked to knee trouble. The kidney and clavicle obviously arent related and are just freak injuries

Volume monster but not sure that volume is still going to be there this season. They have more weapons now than they did. I think he'll be fine but I don't think you're getting the Rivers only has eyes for receiver. Not to mention they do have a running game now

I think it's the opposite. I'm not seeing these weapons that are going to steal looks from Allen

Let's throw out last year's pace, that was 1 game. Come on now.
Tyrell is a legitimately good WR, not just a seat filler that benefited from injuries, Henry will continue to emerge, Gates still looms somewhat, and again they have an established running game that they definitely didn't have in prior years. Will they be a huge blow to his volume? Not huge but theres going to be a regression for those numbers

It's the 9 games combined, extrapolated over 16. That 1 game he did go 6/63 in 2Q
The TEs will leach each other's targets, they will continue to be the RZ guys - not really Allen's MO. Allen and Tyrell will operate like any other 1/2. There's a hierarchy of targets and i do believe it starts will slot (Allen) getting a ton. Even a slight regression to Allen's targets is still a shite ton of looks
Remember Tyrell jumped into Allen's slot position last year. He was PFF's 2nd ranked slot guy I do believe. Rivers loves that guy. Tyrell will bounce back outside. He's the one, based on WR positioning, that loses volume historically in Rivers offense

I don't think we are far off here J but cmon!
116/1,217/8 stat line over his last 16 games, which would have made him last year’s PPR WR5 behind only Antonio Brown, Jordy Nelson, Mike Evans, and Odell Beckham.

Keenan Allen tore his ACL in a non-contact play. That defines injury prone.
