This would be my RB2 until Foster comes back. Then one of these guys or Mike Evans will be my flex. I like McCoy, but I think there's more risk there. I like Morris with Callahan being able to produce quality rb results too. McCoy gives you some explosive plays and Morris steady. Either way, the owner has him on his bench this week and I don't love Morris' matchup with the Rams. Thoughts?

I could go either way. Just go with your gut. Matchup this week should have no bearing on a trade though

Yes and don't look back. Redskins will struggle to keep up on offense against most teams and they'll have to throw the ball. Morris is not a passing down back, so he'll lose carries and won't make up for them by catching the ball

Make the trade. McCoy is an RB1-RB2, Morris is an RB3 all day, ESPECIALLY in any sort of PPR league.

Do you see Matt Jones as an option or better to go with a D. Lewis of the Pats?

This is my though exactly. I think Redskins will struggle and could fall behind in a number of games. I believe the Bills will use McCoy regardless of game flow.

Not a fan of McCoy this year, but only because of where he was being taken. However, you have to take him ahead of Morris. This is a no brainer based on value, especially if this is PPR. I have Morris as my RB2 behind Hill until Foster comes back, but there's no doubt I'd give him up for McCoy.

I owned Morris each of the last 2 seasons, he has a great floor(usually between 80 and 100 yards) but he is such a headache if he is in your RB1 or RB2 slot. If you can keep him in a flex spot then that might make me think about hanging on to him but if you need more upside get McCoy. McCoy may not stay healthy all year and that's the risk, Morris will more than likely play every week but be prepared for a ton of 84 yard weeks with him not even sniffing the end zone.

I also have Hill, Morris, and waiting on Foster. Waiting on Gurley also. I went Wr, Rb, Wr, Wr, Rb, Rb, Rb, Rb.....and so on. Took Romo and a TE in the 15th (Jordan Reed) and just picked up Eifert. I feel greedy, but this owner has McCoy on his bench for week 2.

Washington just got done playing Miami to the wire. Morris got 25 carries. They will be competing especially in that division. I loved the exaggerated scenarios that sound good in people's head

Morris in standard
McCoy in ppr

Karlos Williams is more of a threat than Matt jones. McCoy looked like shite against a crap run D, Morris torched a D with Suh leafing the charge up from

D Lewis is a better option. I dont think either should be started at this point, but I would consider rostering D Lewis. He has upside, but Blount is coming back soon. Of course, Blount could miss a team meeting and get benched for Lewis, thats how Blount got the starting job from Gray (remember him? 4 Tds to bench warmer). Lewis has value because Belichick trusts him enough and he has talent, and Pats have a consistent offense

As a McCoy owner, make sure to have enough room on your roster to pick up Karlos Williams as well

quote:

LeSean McCoy pops back up on injury report McCoy was absent from the injury report on Wednesday. Coach Rex Ryan said he had to "back out" of practice, and that it was not the plan to get him a day of rest. Ryan "hopes" he'll be ready to go against the Patriots. There doesn't appear to be genuine concern McCoy will sit in Week 2, but he could lose a lot of work to Karlos Williams. Shady's status will be updated on Friday. He's going to be dropped in Rotoworld's Week 2 rankings. LINK
