Like others have said, Gronk should be the first TE taken in almost every league, te only way I could. See taking Gates instead is if you'd like to wait a few rounds to get a TE, I don't think Grink is getting out of the second in most mock drafts

I picked him up at 10th in my league just to rub it in to my league members. A few of them talked shite about taking him from me. I had last pick of the first and first pick of the second round, so I got him at 10 and McCoy at 11. Graham went at 12. By comparison, Tony Gonzales went 3rd pick in the 4th round, Hernandez at 9th pick of the 4th, Vernon Davis at 10th pick of the 4th, Witten at 7th pick of the 5th, and Gates at 7th pick of the 6th.
The guy that got Gates in the 6th got Rodgers in the 1st. I got Gronk in the 1st and Romo in the 6th. He beat me there. I would have much preferred a top quarterback, but they weren't within reach.
Also, Jermichael Finley went at 8th pick of the 6th, Pettigrew went at 5th pick of the 7th, Fred Davis at 4th in the 9th.
Some guy picked up Garrett Hartley in the 5th round in my draft.

My only question in all of this. How in the frick did McCoy drop so low? The people in your league are retarted....
Is it one of those leagues were the first three picks are Drew Brees, Colston, Darren Sproles?

our draft isnt until late august. I got the idea through mocks

Yeah, this was a real draft. Probably too early, but it's a first year for the league, and it's free, so we'll clean it up next year if it hurts us.

I didn't stop to ask, I just said thank you and picked him up. There were definitely some questionable picks.
