$75 is a fairly large bill for hanging out at a bar for a few hours. I could get a decent ribeye for less.

Exactly, this was a best case scenario for the owner. The lower the bill, the less the owner makes. If I'm the owner, Im saying thanks but no thanks.

We actually just booked the TJ Ribs one for this year since they still had an opening. I'll give a review and some pics if I remember in a month or so

I play in three leagues, each league is ran by the same guy (two of the three leagues are PPR auction leagues) in which we have to do drafts in person (the other league is an online draft). We have it at his daiquiri shop. Most of his traffic is the drive thru so you can call to see if you can host a draft on a certain day & time, but it's just the right size.
It isn't in baton rouge, but just right outside of it. This has information about the place if you are still looking.

Plaquemine won't be feasible considering half of us live in Pville, but I appreciate the input. I like the TJ Ribs idea though, that's a hell of a deal. We've decided to do it at someone's house for this year but I think Ribs will be in play next season.

Make sure you get plenty of napkins for those tj's wings, they are quite messy. Also, they are the best wings in town, and I'm not the only one that feels like this. I'm pretty jealous of you guys.
