For some reason the way he had it set up didnt carry over. Which led to people being able to add/drop players until this week, when he realized the setting had actually NOT carried over

Good frickin' job, LE. I apologize for my post then.
Majority of the league had to miss that post from Redd then (or at least not recall it a year later). We wanted to hang a guy last season for not meeting IP requirements and messing up scoring and you even called out illegal rosters recently. I find it hard to believe that for two months of this offseason, half the league were making "illegal" moves without a peep from the roster Nazis because it was going unnoticed because of Fantrax's roster limitations. But it looks like that was the case.

Yap, this was the final decision set forth by RFigg dating back to last Feb. So since no one is DL'd in the MLB offseason, no one can be DL'd in the league

You can, you just can't add,drop, or trade players.

I'm just going off what LE posted at the top of the page from Redd. I'm find either way. The last 2 or 3 guys on your team if you are stashing DL guys should be an easy drop.

no, the agreement was you could have guys on the DL in the offseason but they had to finish the season there.
If you wanted to make roster moves, you have to remove them.

that was always the agreement. look at my screen shot at the top of the page.
i had brought up what the constitution said. no one cared. so we settled on what reddman said.
people are going to want to make moves in the offseason. therefore most wont keep their DL as is.

Did you read the pages leading up to that? I didn't take that as an agreement. More like they can't make moves even if they wanted to
