That’s an assumption, you’d have to look at specific minor league/prospect sites and look at rankings. I’m fairly confident that there would be a higher hit rate on prospects than with the projections. It’s why we exist. The industry as a whole values # over observation.

Does Ralph even scout? I thought he was an internet scout. Maybe I'm wrong and he travels.

I'll hold on to a J.P. comp for a little longer than a week just to see how it plays out.

Is that a good thing

Are you saying a SS pacing 40/10/50 with a .785 OPS shouldn’t be rostered?

suppose i need a couple more 14 RBI nights to catch papz this week

anyone following pitchers list's top 100 dynasty assets series?

quote:

8. Shohei Ohtani, SP/DH, ANA, Age: 25

Previously Ranked: 8

The player with the highest ceiling in all of baseball, Shohei Ohtani is proving that his 2018 hitting isn’t a fluke. Slashing .303/.353/.924, his numbers are almost identical to last season. His strikeout rate has dropped from 28% to 24% which is good, but so has his walk rate (10% to 7%). He’s been so good that I think we’ve all forgotten just how good he is at pitching. Let me remind you: plus-plus fastball, plus slider, plus splitter. Who is ready for 2020?

he's a monster at the plate

I would do everything I could to ensure his pitching doesn't affect his number of at-bats. Have to have him in the lineup every day.

frick me. I miss plugging Profar into my lineup in the place of Gleyber by mere seconds, and the fricker hits two bombs.

Lux's start with Oklahoma City has been unparalleled. According to Dodgers broadcaster Alex Freedman, the 21-year-old's .500/.550/.926 slash line and 1.476 OPS since moving up to Triple-A on June 27 were the top numbers among any player in the Major Leagues or domestic Minor Leagues over that span.

but him, Luis Patino, Bryan Reynolds and a future Boo 1st round pick just weren't more appealing than Victor Victor Mesa
