And any restaurant/bar locations that have a liquor license with a gaming permit. Louisiana lottery will set up kiosks in those locations. For dry parishes, a food permit will work.
They're basically giving the lottery a cut of the money by allowing them to set these kiosks in bars and restaurants.

Everything I'm reading indicates that we have a very good chance to have sports betting set up either before, or at some point during, football season. Full-fledged mobile betting, too.

I'd assume we'll see a good bit of advertising from DK and FD before it goes live. Or do you think we'll just wake up one day and have access?
