Do I bench Aaron Rodgers @ Seattle for Matt Stafford vs. Carolina at home?

I am seriously considering it.

Seattle has a good pass defense and its on the road. Carolina has a pretty bad pass defense and its at home for Stafford.

I know it sounds crazy, but damn, I really can't have a 13 pt QB performance this week.

I'm in a race to not finish last (Thanks Leveon) and last place in our league has to wear a dress at the NFL draft in Nashville next year with a sign that says "I SUCK AT FANTASY FOOTBALL"

Historically, he doesn't play well in Seattle at all.

He hasn’t been lighting the world on fire so I wouldn’t say starting Stafford is a horrible decision

In his only 3 games played in Seattle his combined stats are:

68/106 (64%), 590 yds (197 per), 2 TDs, 3 INTs

He's basically a bad to mediocre QB there.

I just don't know how well Stafford will play tonight.

Not starting him, is fine. Not starting him for Stafford, is another story.

Obviously Stafford is at home and has the better match-up but I probably wouldn't do that.

Fwiw I'm sitting Rodgers for Matt Ryan this week.

This is the point. Stafford is QB19 and only has 2 games with 20 points. I've seen and read a lot about him being dropped.

What about for Eli?

He's got Tampa Bay at home who has the worst pass defense in the league.

They've allowed 23 TDs and 1 INT.

I have no other real options besides Dalton who is away Baltimore.

The matchups and data probably say Eli, I just don't know if I could start him over Rodgers in a prime time game. I'm glad it's not a decision I have to make.

I thought deciding between Rivers and Mariota was tough.

Trying to trade Rodgers for Wentz right now, who is playing Saints this weekend.

We'll see if he agrees to it.

I reckon GB tries to get jones involved. Spread implies 3 TDs on GB side and I’d assume jones gets at least 1

Seattle hasn’t allowed a top 10 QB all year

HUGE UPDATE:

A guy has Goff and has Wentz on his bench. Agreed to trade me Wentz for Rodgers.

Rodgers last two weeks of regular season:

@ Seattle and @ Minnesota

Wentz:

@ New Orleans and Giants at home

Huge win for me I think. I am in a can't lose week this weekend against the other guy vying for last place. He's got a Alshon Jeffrey as one of his best players too, so I'll negate some of those pts with Wentz.

ETA:

And I harrassed the whole league to vote to uphold so it went through before tonight's game

I like it. Seems like Packers are running more (not convinced that Rodgers is getting much healthier) and Eagles are going to be throwing a lot.

Need a 45-40 type game in the dome...he has no one on either team but Jeffrey. I've got Agholor, Wentz, and Lutz

Now that they have Tate, is Agholor worth a roster spot?

Agholor is now moving to a more natural position. I think it makes him more valuable IMO.

Its either him or Desean Jackson in my flex and Desean is playing a decent giants secondary.

Or I could put Duke Johnson there (non-PPR). He's had way more action post-Hue Jackson -- NEVERMIND ON BYE

Another option I have is Josh Reynolds who is filling in for Kupp. Last time he did that he had 2 TDs. Idk, but at least I have until Sunday to think about it.
