You think he would be a sustainable rb2 with the lack of volume the rest of the season? 1 point ppr
Someone offered me
Chris Thompson and Mike Evans
For Jordan Howard and Brandin Cooks
My other running backs are Mixon, CJA, and Carson..lost David Johnson in the beginning of the year.. it's a super flex league so I can start up to 5 running backs.

No one really knows for sure, but he passes the eye test. He is one of the Redskins' best offensive weapons. Assuming he stays healthy, he will continue to have a role. He won't keep the 23 ppg pace, but I think a 10-12 point floor for a RB2 is pretty solid.

I wouldn't take it.
ETA I may have misunderstood. They offered you Thompson and Evans? Yeah I would do that.

I prefer the Howard/Cooks side.

He looks like there best offensive player and he's earning more touches every wk. Mike Evans is the best player in that deal, I would do it

regression is coming IMO.
It has to.
It has to.

I would agree. I traded Thompson for Fitz. Needed WR help and already had Zeke, Howard, and Freeman/Coleman at RB.

Did Thompson bang his wife or something?

Do we like mixon more than Thompson Ros?

Jay gruden is a classic doghouse coach.
You get too flashy, doghouse
Fumble a ball, doghouse
Score too many TDs, doghouse.

That's just what I was thinking. As productive as he's been, what would cause Gruden to feel that way about him.

This is also interesting. From this week's SI Start 'em Sit 'em article.
RUNNING BACKS
quote:
Start
Robert Kelley, Redskins (at Chiefs)
Kelley missed last week’s game with the Raiders because of a rib injury, but he was practicing during the week, which bodes well for the team’s Week 4 tilt in Kansas City. Monitor the team’s practice reports closely because Washington is once again playing in primetime, this time on Monday night. You’ll need a good backup plan if you want to start Kelley and the Redskins don’t give us a strong indication on his status before the earlier games begin. Assuming Kelley does play, though, he’ll project as an RB2. Jay Gruden said his status is not in question, and that Chris Thompson will remain in his standard role. Kelley would be a good bet for 15 or more touches should he get back on the field this week, and I think the Redskins could keep it closer than the touchdown spread indicates.
SI Start 'em Sit 'em-Start Robert Kelley
However, if you compare Kelley to Thompson or anyone else who has taken a handoff from a QB in 2017, Kelley is not often the recommended start.
