depending on league size, if it's a 1 qb league i would only consider hurts and lamar. otherwise i would suggest picking a qb late. there are always 20+ point a game guys on waivers. at least that is my experience.

Just curious but why do you not include Josh Allen?

will be taking a QB with one of my last picks from now on. There are plenty of guys left over who are quality stat guys and will put up plenty of points. Better to stock up on WR talent early.

IMO Quarterback this season, especially in 6 pt per passing TD leagues, was super deep. I got Dak in the 7th round of a 14 team league, and Love in the 12th. There were roughly 18 quarterbacks that I would be okay with being my starter in 6 pt per passing TD leagues.

The difference between QB6 and QB25 didn’t seem that big this year

WR Preview
Numbers to Know

39.2% -- Zay Flowers' 39.2% TPRR trails only Jaxon Smith-Njigba amongst starting wide receivers. It sure looks like the star turn is happening for both of these Year 3 wide receivers.
10.4 -- Wan'Dale Robinson aDOT is 10.4 through Week 2. His previous career-high was 6.2. It's early, but the New York Giants may have two starting wide receivers in Fantasy.
6.6 -- Travis Hunter has an aDOT of 6.6 so far. That looks a lot more like Wan'Dale Robinson than a Round 1 wide receiver.
29.9% -- Rome Odunze has a 29.9% target share this season. It seems pretty clear who the Chicago Bears' WR1 is.
20.8% -- Despite leaving one game early and battling a trio of injuries, Jauan Jennings leads the San Francisco 49ers with a 20.8% target share. That's bad news for Ricky Pearsall.
16.5 -- The Seattle Seahawks have allowed a league-low 16.5 PPR FPPG to opposing wide receivers this year.
7 -- The Bears have given up a league-worst seven passing touchdowns. In theory, this should be a good spot for George Pickens, who leads the Dallas Cowboys with four red zone targets.
22 -- Jakobi Meyers already has 22 targets in two games. He's a must-start wide receiver in full PPR leagues.
15 -- Jerry Jeudy has 15 drops since the start of last year, including two already this year. It has been a frustrating start to the year, and it won't likely get better against the Green Bay Packers.
49.2% -- Tyler Lockett has only played 49.2% of the snaps for the Tennessee Titans this year. Elic Ayomanor is the clear WR2, maybe even 1B, for the team.

RB Preview
Numbers to know

35.4% -- Kenneth Walker snap share actually went down, from 40% in Week 1 to 35% in Week 2. The production was awesome, but this still looks like a very messy backfield.
4.20 -- Travis Etienne is averaging 4.2 yards after contact per rush attempt, second only to Derrick Henry.
92.5% -- Chase Brown has handled 92.5% of the Begals rush attempts. Just stick with him.
6 -- Cam Skattebo has six red zone carries this season. Tyrone Tracy has zero. This change may be happening faster than anyone expected.
45.5% -- Austin Ekeler has run a route on 45% of the Washington Commanders pass plays. This is the role Croskey-Merritt needs to infringe on if he is going to become a must-start running back.
39% -- Zach Charbonnet has a 39% route share compared to 27% for Walker. Walker has four targets, Charobonnet has zero. That should even out.
43.6% -- Trey Benson snap share was up to 43.6% in Week 2. The Arizona Cardinals told us he would play more, and so far, he has.
35 -- D'Andre Swift has 35 touches in two games; start him in a good matchup against the Dallas Cowboys.
29.5 -- The New York Giants have given up nearly 30 FPPG to running backs. If Isiah Pacheco isn't good this week, he may never be.
2.1 -- The Browns have held running backs to a league-worst 2.1 yards per carry. They have faced Chase Brown and Derrick Henry.

QB Preview
Numbers to know

-0.91 -- After leading the position in Week 1, Justin Fields was dead last in EPA/DB in Week 2 before leaving with a concussion.
9.5 -- Patrick Mahomes leads all qualified rushers at 9.5 yards per attempt and is averaging a career high 6.5 rushes per game. He could set a career high in rushing yards by the time Rashee Rice gets back at this pace.
11.0% -- Trevor Lawrence has been plagued by drops through two weeks, with a league-high 11.0% drop rate. That should regress.
8 -- Caleb Williams has eight scrambles already, which ranks fifth amongst starting QBs.
294 -- The Los Angeles Rams have only given up 294 yards passing total through two weeks, holding teams to a league-best 4.3 NY/A. it could be another low passing total for Jalen Hurts.
7 -- The Chicago Bears have already allowed seven passing touchdowns, two more than any other defense. Dak Prescott is a starter this week.
29.2% -- The Denver Broncos have gotten pressure on a league-best 29% of the drop-backs they have seen, they could make Justin Herbert uncomfortable this week.
200 -- Carson Wentz has not throw for more than 200 yards in a game since October of 2022. That covers his last four starts.
27 -- J.J. McCarthy averaged just 27 drop backs per game in the first two weeks, which ranks 32nd.
280 -- Justin Herbert is averaging 280 passing yards per game. The talent we all knew was there is turning into production this year.

TE Preview
Numbers to Know

21.2% -- Jake Ferguson has a 21.2% target share. The addition of George Pickens hasn't hurt him at all to this point.
14 -- Harold Fannin has 14 targets through two weeks. Brock Bowers, Tyler Warren, and Jermaine Gresham are the only rookie tight ends with more targets through Week 2 since 2000.
3.04 -- Amongst tight ends with at least 10 targets, Tucker Kraft 3.04 yards per route run is No. 1.
28.6% -- Tyler Warren's 28.6% TPRR is tops amongst tight ends with at least 10 targets.
96.6% -- Juwan Johnson has a 96.6% route share, second only to Trey McBride at tight end.
76.9% -- Sam LaPorta catchable target rate is 76.9% through two weeks, the lowest amongst tight ends with at least 10 targets. I am not holding last week's stinker against him.
12 -- Tight ends have totaled 12 yards on six targets against the Atlanta Falcons in two weeks. You weren't starting a Carolina Panthers tight end anyway, but this is something to keep an eye on.
24 -- The Arizona Cardinals have already seen 24 tight end targets this year. Jake Tonges could be a deep streaming option if you need him.

To be honest, I think you can still drop him if you like someone else.

Wild that he’s been ruled out on Wednesday for a Sunday game, with a concussion.
