Veteran free agent Antonio Brown will visit the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Saturday, according to league sources. Both sides are highly motivated to reach an agreement. This move, once finalized, would reunite Brown with his friend and former teammate Tom Brady

Sources: The #Bucs have been quietly working on a deal with WR Antonio Brown and it’s now "very close.” Tom Brady has been pushing for this for some time. Now looks to be happening. Brown is on his way to TB.

That receiving corps wouldn't be fair.

Update: Antonio Brown and the Buccaneers have reached agreement on a one-year deal, per sources. Language still has to be finalized, COVID protocols passed, but Brown is likely to make his Bucs’ debut in Week 9 against the Saints.

As much as I would like for that to be true they may just run more 12 personnel like they did end of last year. So instead of more kupp it might mean even more running and more higbee.

Plus the matchup with the bears isnt ideal for any wide out.

Bills’ TE Dawson Knox tested positive for COVID 19 and was placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list. Three other players - TE Lee Smith, TE Tommy Sweeny, and practice squad TE Nate Becker - were in close contact to Knox and also were placed on Reserve/COVID-19 list.

Wonder what impact this will have on that game.

Aaron Jones said he was confident he could play through calf strain in Houston, but #Packers aren’t expected to push him. The plan is for Jones to not play v Texans, per sources. Jamaal Williams and AJ Dillon will have increased roles, and Dexter Williams was called up for depth.

Robert Woods (groin) was removed from the Week 7 injury report and will play Monday night against the Bears. Advice: Woods didn't practice Friday but got in a limited session Saturday and is ready to roll. He doesn't have a 100-yard game since Week 1, but Woods has found the end zone three times over the last four weeks and has seen at least five targets in every game this year. Woods has settled in as a high-floor WR2.

New Orleans Saints wide receiver Michael Thomas, after suffering a hamstring injury during practice this past week, underwent an MRI that revealed a Grade 1 strain that is expected to sideline him one to two weeks, league sources told ESPN.

Thomas already has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Carolina Panthers, and there's a real chance he will not be able to play next week against the Chicago Bears either, according to sources.

Bengals RB Joe Mixon (foot) is out today and he’s considered week-to-week with this injury, meaning he could miss next vs. the #Titans too, source said. It’s Gio Bernard at RB until Mixon makes his way back.

I don’t guess we should be worried about Justin Jackson’s Q status?

Pope was also active last week FWIW.
