I thought the same thing at first but I think we all think of a needle when we hear the word "syringe" but it's probably just the needle-less ones. I've seen those sold with CBD oils to measure out dosages. It all actuality, he might not be using THC but using CBD. I think they even sell actual weed now that is CBD and not THC so it's not psychoactive. Not sure if CBD is banned in the NFL but THC definitely is. Can't tell just by looking at it though.
